Matt Righter brings extensive experience to our team having served in various leadership positions across the Life Science industry including Biopharmaceuticals, Commercial Services, Healthcare data & software over the past 20 years. In his most recent position at Komodo Health, as the Head of Digital sales he led his team to drive the expansion of new logo growth helping to build the digital segment into a future growth driver.
Prior to his role at Komodo Health, he served as an Executive Director of Business Development at EVERSANA, where he was responsible for account commercial leadership and developing a pipeline of key strategic targets across broad therapeutic areas. Before joining EVERSANA, Matt held various commercial leadership roles at Novo Nordisk Inc., including Market Access (IDN strategy & Payer Accounts), Sales (across PCP, LTC, Specialty & Hospitals), Sales Operations, Learning & Development and Business Support.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and brings a wealth of skills and experience in product launch, commercial sales, digital and operations experience leading multiple business units, launch leadership, as well as SaaS and startup experience. He lives in Newtown, PA with his wife Kristin and sons Michael and Benjamin.
