Will Sargent is a Principal at Herspiegel. He leverages his engineering background and passion for solving large-scale commercial problems using new technologies and applying them to complex biopharma challenges. He delivers innovative solutions that repeatedly drive performance and positive outcomes for clients.   

Working across Herspiegel service lines, Will has demonstrated continued success in patient services design and support. His experience includes participating in 16 product launches, medical devices companies, as well as small biotech launching their first commercial products. He has worked on brands in oncology, diabetes, CNS, pain, rare diseases, digital health, and connected devices.

Prior to Herspiegel, Will spent several years at Merck installing operational best practices and supporting executive strategy. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree from the US Naval Academy in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
